Viral Campaign Garbage Truck to Lead Trump’s Inaugural Parade

Garbage trucks don’t often steal the show from presidents, but the Trump camp views the “big, beautiful” MAGA truck as more than just a vehicle; it’s a message.

Over the weekend, the truck—which became famous across the country during Donald Trump’s campaign—will make its way to Washington, D.C., to participate in Monday’s inaugural procession.

Last October, during a rally in a key Wisconsin state, then-candidate Trump hopped on while wearing a vivid orange fluorescent vest over his trademark suit and tie, capturing the attention of the media for the first time.

A seemingly incongruous campaign emblem, the white trash truck bearing the words “Trump Make America Great Again 2024” went viral in a matter of minutes.

“The inaugural team actually reached out to me asking if we’d be able to provide a truck for the parade,” said Andrew Brisson, vice president of Loadmaster, during an appearance with “Fox & Friends” on Friday. “After making a few phone calls, I was actually able to get the truck that we had at the rally out there for them.”

A key component of Trump’s 2024 campaign was his connection with blue-collar people, and the act was an attempt to reach out to them.

President Biden’s remarks, in which he criticized Trump supporters by calling them “garbage,” prompted the arrival of the garbage truck.

Biden later attempted to clarify that he was criticizing Trump for demonizing Latinos, but the words had already sparked an uproar.

“How do you like my garbage truck?” Upon his arrival at the Green Bay rally, Trump inquired with reporters. “This truck is in honor of Kamala and Joe Biden.”

“Someone from the campaign team in the Green Bay Area put together the magnets that we placed on the side of the truck,” Brisson remembered, describing how rapidly the Trump team had organized the trick. Down there, they retrieved a few flags.

Brisson discussed his thoughts on the soon-to-be president while reflecting on his time behind the wheel with Trump.

He gave off the impression of being the kind of person you could strike up a chat with. He appeared to be, well, just another ordinary guy.

The economic concerns that Trump has prioritized and his affinity for blue-collar people resonated with Brisson.

“The economy’s current status and inflation rates. He made it clear that the price of goods and services was the most important consideration for voters. “The economy is the biggest issue in my mind.” During Trump’s 2024 campaign, many working-class supporters shared Brisson’s fears.

Notable figures including as Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, Jeff Bezos, creator of Amazon, and Shou Chew, CEO of TikTok, are likely to attend Trump’s inauguration procession and Liberty Ball. Despite Silicon Valley’s reputation as a left-leaning bastion, tech companies have unexpectedly become Trump allies since his victory in November, contributing millions to the inauguration festivities.

Some prominent people, nevertheless, have decided not to attend, such as Michelle Obama, the former first lady, and Nancy Pelosi, the former speaker of the House.

It is a privilege for Brisson to be invited to participate in the inaugural celebrations.

He expressed his excitement at being there. I am preparing to take off this morning. I plan to spend this coming weekend in Washington, DC, preparing for the parade… Being able to meet Donald Trump, ride in his vehicle, and be a part of the Green Bay event was an incredible experience.

It is believed that Trump would use the garbage truck as a sign of his continued appeal to working-class voters, who were essential in the success of his 2024 campaign.
