While campaigning with voters, former president Donald Trump and vice president Kamala Harris present vastly different images. Harris and her campaign companion, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, are being branded by Harris as “joyous warriors” as she alternately promotes “joy” and the Democratic ticket.
“We have a lot of bad things coming up.” Last week, Trump said at a news conference, promoting a darker outlook for Republicans.
More information about the candidates and their running companions will be released to the public soon.
This week marks Walz’s first solo appearances; he will fly to Los Angeles on Tuesday to address the AFSCME national conference, and then he will tour the nation for a series of fundraisers.
On Monday, Trump will hold a live interview on X, the social media site that barred him for over two years after the U.S. Capitol storming on January 6, 2021.
